Terms of Service

The service

Tada checks your web app in a real browser by following the flows you define, reports whether each check passed, including as a check on your pull requests, and records runs as demos you can share with a link. It also includes Rivet, an AI assistant that can write and update flows, start runs and explain their results. Viewers can leave comments and reactions on a shared demo. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Tada. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you give Tada or create with it, including flows, recordings, titles, captions, narration and the repository data you connect (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service. That includes running checks against the apps you point Tada at, generating playback links, showing your demos to people you share them with, and sending content to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, such as AI and voice providers, to deliver those features.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it, including the rights of anyone who appears or whose data is shown in a recording. Remember that anyone with a demo's share link can view it; share links should be treated as unlisted rather than confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tada to:

• upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates someone's privacy or rights;
• record or share people without the consent required by applicable law;
• point Tada at apps, sites or accounts you are not authorized to test;
• distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service;
• abuse the comment feature, including spam, harassment, or impersonation;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or to others.

Comments from viewers

Comments and reactions on a demo are submitted by viewers, who may not have accounts and may use any display name. We do not endorse or verify viewer-submitted content. As the owner of a demo, you can delete it along with its comments.

Runs, results and AI features

A run follows the flows you define. A passing run means those steps did what they described on that run. It does not mean your app is free of bugs, and Tada only checks what your flows cover.

Runs act like a real user: they sign in, click, and submit forms. That can create, change, or delete data in the environment you point them at, so use a test or preview environment and a test account rather than live customer data.

Rivet and our other AI features can be wrong. Review a flow before you rely on it, and check an explanation against the run it describes. You remain responsible for the code you merge and ship.

Plans and payment

Tada has a free tier and paid plans. Free includes a set number of runs each month; there is no overage billing on Free and nothing to pay. Paid plans (Check, Gate and QA) are billed monthly in advance and include a monthly allowance of runs; runs beyond that allowance are charged per run at the rate shown for your plan. Current prices, run allowances and per-run overage rates are on the pricing page, and the price you see there is the price you are charged.

Where we offer a launch price, the discounted rate applies for the period stated alongside it; after that period the plan renews at its standard price. We will tell you before any price change affects you.

You are responsible for the charges your account generates, including overage.

Availability

We work to keep Tada available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or make changes that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

You may stop using Tada and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modulab LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Tada after changes constitutes acceptance.
