Calls

Invite Tada to a meeting and it presents a demo on a shared screen, says the verdict and leaves. Calls are being tried in a few workspaces first.

Tada can join a meeting as a guest and present a demo, so the people in the call watch the feature working without anyone sharing a screen.

Calls are being tried in a few workspaces first. If Calls is not in your sidebar, it is not on for your workspace yet.

Invite Tada to a call

  1. Open Calls and press Invite Tada.
  2. Paste the meeting link. Google Meet, Zoom and Teams links work.
  3. Pick what to present: a demo, or a test whose latest check passed.
  4. Choose now, or a set time. At a set time Tada knocks at that time, in your time zone.

Tada joins as a guest. Let it in when it knocks. It shares its screen, presents the demo, shows the verdict, and leaves.

What a call can say

A call moves through these states: Booked, Joining, Waiting to be let in, Presenting, Ended. It can also end as Not let in, Could not join or Cancelled, and the row says why, for example Nobody let Tada in before it gave up waiting.

Everyone in the meeting is told that what Tada presents was filmed earlier.
