Tasks
Tasks lists what Tada needs from you before it can work, such as a sign-in or an app's address. Tada makes each task and clears it by itself.
Tasks lists what only you can do, that Tada needs before it can work.
Overview
- You never create a task. Tada lists one when something stops it, and the task goes away by itself once that is no longer true. There is nothing to mark done.
- Each row is one sentence, the app it is about, and one button.
- The Tasks item sits at the top of the sidebar. It shows a count only when there is something to do.
What becomes a task
| Tada says | You press |
|---|---|
| Tada needs this app’s address before it can check it. | Add the address |
| Tada cannot get past the sign-in page. It needs a test user. | Create a test user |
| Tada’s saved sign-in for staging stopped working. | Sign in again |
| This app has nothing to check yet. | Ask Rivet |
| Checks have stopped. This month’s checks are used up. | Change the plan, in Settings > Billing |
What is not a task
A Failing feature, a failed check and a flaky test are about your app, not about Tada being able to work. They are in Issues and on Features.
